Hi, Jasmine speaking! I had wanted to dabble in hydroponics for a while before this summer, but after sketching out blueprints and designs I realized that most hydroponics systems made of 2 by 4s and PVC pipes were way to expensive to be feasible, especially if we wanted to grow food that was going to be donated.


I set out to find a way to use cheap materials around the house to design a new hydroponic system. If you click on this page you can find out a little bit more about how much we've saved so far. Hopefully it inspires you to do the same!
